Mr. Chairman, I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. __. For ``United States Fish and Wildlife Service- Resource Management'' to reinstate the wolf-livestock loss demonstration program as authorized by Public Law 111-11, there is hereby appropriated, and the amount otherwise provided by this Act for ``Environmental Protection Agency- Environmental Programs and Management'' is hereby reduced by, $1,000,000.
