I, like many of you, don't think any community should be left out of the digital revolution.
We don't want Chinese companies getting American taxpayer money to create more Chinese jobs and Chinese technology.

We must have transparency, and we must be assured that these taxpayer dollars are not being funneled to the Chinese.
