This afternoon, Tuesday, March 3, 2015, I was detained in a meeting and unable to be present for the first recorded vote of the day. The gentleman from Idaho (Mr. Simpson) and the gentlewoman from New York (Mrs. Lowey) each will control 30 minutes on the motion.
