I just want to express my support for the amendment. Certainly, border security continues to be a challenge and a priority. The National Guard troops are helping. Now, in a bipartisan way, there is agreement on that, so I support Mr. Flake's amendment, and I urge the body to support it as well. I yield back the balance of my time. The Acting CHAIR.
