If we are truly, truly committed to providing for the men and women who serve us and providing for our national security, then we absolutely have to be willing to raise the revenue to pay for that.

I don't think it's particularly bad that they have the conversation. What's bad, to date, is that President Trump has not shown, I think, the unity behind Ukraine to really put pressure on Putin.
