No. We need to regulate right. When a regulation is needed, it is needed, and sometimes we have to say there needs to be some rules, but the reality is the Federal Government is regulating where it is not necessary. So we put some accountability into this for businesses and communities. A lot of the regulation is raising people's water bills, and so by the time we get done making it more job friendly, we are also making it more friendly to the families that are trying to get jobs. I do not see business as anything more than a job creator, and this contract has a section that says we are going to create jobs, and that is our best welfare system.
