Consistent with the policy in here, it says: ``Congress does not support deploying, establishing or maintaining the presence of units and members of the United States Armed Forces on the ground in Libya.'' I'm deeply concerned that this memo signals the administration's intent to further restrict communication with Congress and impede this committee's access to detailed information in a timely manner.
I mean, it seems pretty clear they don't want to release this video because they don't want people to see it because it's very, very difficult to justify.
