You, know, we saw that in the State. They would have these big fund raisers, and actually the special interests did not want to take on another incumbent, so what they would do is give a whole lot of money or channel from their membership a whole lot of money to one member who they would like to see as a chair of a committee or some leadership. They would then take that money and give it to someone else, not only for their own benefit, but to launder the money. So that they did not have to worry about that PAC. If they lost this bet on that particular raise, they did not have to worry about them getting mad, and they would play both sides.
