That cannot possibly be true. I would be happy to take a look at it, but it is not just over 15 years. At the end of 15 years the quotas are still there. They are just slightly larger than they are now. It does not even get rid of them. So sugar was very important to me, and I was actually in conversations with Ambassador Zellick and others while they were negotiating that.
