Page 16, line 7, strike ``(6)'' and insert ``(7)''. Page 17, line 21, strike ``and''. Page 17, line 24, strike the period and insert ``; and''. Page 17, after line 24, insert the following: (J) the ability to recruit and hire in rural areas. The Acting CHAIR.
