The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 4, after line 9, insert the following (and redesignate the subsequent paragraphs accordingly): ``(1) such completed application shall include data on oil subsidies provided by the Federal Government to the applicant; {time} 1610 The Acting CHAIR.
