I want to make sure--I was not trying to force it to a vote. I know the distinguished Republican leader will speak next, but many of us spent a lot of time on this, and we want to make sure it will be--as one of the managers of the bill--we want to make absolutely sure there will be a rollcall vote. If nobody is seeking recognition, I suggest the absence of a quorum. The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will call the roll. The assistant legislative clerk proceeded to call the roll.
