“The senior Senator from Nevada is absolutely right. In fact, of those appropriations, we have held up the appropriations for our veterans, and we can't find time to vote on the floor. Appropriations for our law enforcement people are being held up and we can't find time to vote on the floor. Appropriations for the Federal judiciary, for the State Department, for housing, and a number of others are being held up, and we can't seem to find time to vote on the floor. But we are doing this revote when everybody knows the result will be precisely what it was the last time.”
