What we are saying is just build the firewall, not rob Peter to pay Paul from these conservation programs, especially CRP, which I support. CRP is used in the Senator's State of Iowa a great deal. I have always supported the other Senators. All I am saying is go back to CCC where this is supposed to be. That is all.
