“Marcelle and I have a good friend in Vermont named Cornelius Hogan, although everyone knows him as Con Hogan. In our State, we have been fortunate to have people, of both political parties, who have given a great deal of themselves to serve the people of Vermont, and Con is an excellent example of that.
