Mr. President, the distinguished Senator from Pennsylvania is my friend--a friend from the days when we were prosecutors together. I am very touched by what he said. The Judiciary Committee handles some of the most difficult issues there are. I enjoy working with him because of his own ability and because of that friendship. The ACTING PRESIDENT pro tempore.
