I believe the House has named a number of Judiciary Committee members to their conference. Yet, we do not have anybody from the Judiciary Committee here. There are significant antitrust issues. There are significant consumer issues. There are significant competitive issues, all of which have been looked at, explored and discussed by the Judiciary Committee. Yet, Senate Judiciary members will have no input in the conference, and we all know the bill is going to be written in conference. When we remove competitive incentives, we all know what happens. Take a look at the cable industry.
