Like my colleagues, I too support the expansion of Boys and Girls Clubs. I would like to ask the author of this legislation, its principal sponsor and the chairman of the Judiciary Committee, whether I am correct that this bill should serve to expand the availability of Boys and Girls Clubs in rural areas?
