I have been reading a number of articles in the national press raising some very serious questions about the appearance of conflict of interest on the part of Mr. Starr, the special prosecutor. As a former prosecutor myself, I feel strongly that there is at the very least an appearance of a conflict of interest. But notwithstanding what appears to be conflict of interest, are you telling me that he is paying somebody out of tax money, on a part-time basis, the equivalent of about $160,000 a year to give him ethical advice?
