I want to begin by thanking President Obama, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, USAID Administrator Shah, General Fraser of the U.S. Southern Command, and all the hard-working people here and on the ground in Haiti for their efforts to save lives in the aftermath of this devastating earthquake.
