“I want to thank my dear friends, Senator Reid, Senator McConnell, Senator Sanders, and Senator Grassley for their comments, and I appreciate the opportunity to be able to serve with them. I thank the members of the Senate for this opportunity to make a very few observations about this personal milestone.
