He rejected the bill the Republicans and Democrats had supported that had $1.4 billion, shut down the government, ruined the lives of many hundreds of thousands of Americans, cost our economy over $10 billion, and then signed a bill to get $100 million less. I worry we are in somewhat the same situation now.…”
