Well, if the Senator will yield, like him, I was a trial lawyer. But I know with all trial lawyers, there are times when you have a superb settlement before you, you take it. The bill the Senator from Pennsylvania and I put together, after countless hours, months, and years of work, is a lot better settlement than going to a jury. I will support the Senator from Pennsylvania.
