I reiterate, none of us are in favor of drug trafficking. I suspect none of us are in favor of the millions, many millions, of dollars we spend on foreign interdiction that goes into the pockets of corrupt officials either. But I will say, with the huge increase in counternarcotics money that is in here already, let's not even go beyond that and do it by cutting UNICEF and cutting Korean economic development and other things that are also in our best interest.
