I would note, on this side, at least--I know we have to have a rollcall on this first nominee. I will have no objection if there are voice votes on the next two. That would be up to others. But on the first one I ask for the yeas and nays. The PRESIDING OFFICER. Is there a sufficient second? There appears to be a sufficient second. All time is yielded back. The question is, Will the Senate advise and consent to the nomination of David Nuffer, of Utah, to be United States District Judge for the District of Utah. The clerk will call the roll.
