I was proud to add funding to complete the project when the Army identified it as an unfunded priority.

I have been a strong advocate for this program since it grew out of the Northern Forest Land Council.

We thought that the decision that was made was prudent and long overdue.

I think the President's budget looks not just at the current issues but anticipates what we have to look at first.
