reclaiming my time, I too want my colleagues to think twice before they vote for this amendment. We have got so many battles to fight around here. Mr. Chairman, I say to the gentleman from Illinois [Mr. Durbin] we have whiskey ads back on TV again. Whiskey ads back on television. Seagrams is down in Texas showing television ads of Crown Royal whiskey. Now all of my good health friends who are going to speak about the problems of smoking, which this amendment has nothing to do with, for the Lord's sake, over the night and over the weekend go back and get busy on demon rum and whiskey that is going to be shown to the children of this country. Please vote against this amendment.
