Biden's a quality guy, and he's performed very, very well. He's not getting the credit for it because Trump understands entertainment and Biden doesn't.

There isn't a single candidate other than Harris who can muster the organizational ability to run a presidential campaign.

If Biden doesn't run, and this is totally his decision, it's going to be Harris.
