All I can say is any American business can be a participant in the bill. They are all welcomed. We do not discriminate. We are not really concerned about whether they are white, whether they are black, whether they are Hispanic, whether they are Asian. We want to encourage business across the board, one and all. That specific kind of provision is not incorporated in the language of the bill.
