This is highly inappropriate. I think--and you seem to be very proud of the fact that your office has been engaged in this sort of stuff, and this way of operating.
As long as I am in the Congress I will never vote to see the VA do a major project again.
I strongly urge the Committee and Congress to consider programmatic changes that ensure greater access to the PPP and EIDL programs.
