We have reduced Guard suicide rates by almost 70 percent in the State of Tennessee.
I believe it is our responsibility as a Committee to expand the resources available to them.
I don't know what economy we are describing, but in my lifetime, this is the best one I have seen.
I think we all here share an objective to deal with the crisis of veteran suicide.
