With all the metrics and good intentions and all of that, the suicide rates have not changed, so we need to do something different.
This is highly inappropriate. I think--and you seem to be very proud of the fact that your office has been engaged in this sort of stuff, and this way of operating.
But I am mindful of something Rahm Emanuel said when he was chief of staff to President Obama in 2009. He said you never let a serious crisis go to waste. I am afraid some of us are doing that here.
