the perception out there when you see this, if you are a taxpayer in east Tennessee where I live, just barely getting by, and you are paying your taxes and you see these silly videos or you see these other things, even if it is a tenth of whatever percent, it is hundreds of thousands and millions of dollars, and to us where we live, that is a lot of money.
