Are you saying today that if I have a veteran with a bad knee that needs to be replaced and it's not fixed in 90 days at the VA, that we can get that veteran out in the private sector?

But I am mindful of something Rahm Emanuel said when he was chief of staff to President Obama in 2009. He said you never let a serious crisis go to waste. I am afraid some of us are doing that here.
