So it is a great concern to me that the EPA does not seem to take into consideration the negative impacts on families and on jobs when they put new regulations in that have minimal impact and ratchet up the costs tremendously.

I think we all here share an objective to deal with the crisis of veteran suicide.
This is highly inappropriate. I think--and you seem to be very proud of the fact that your office has been engaged in this sort of stuff, and this way of operating.
With all the metrics and good intentions and all of that, the suicide rates have not changed, so we need to do something different.
I believe we have to really get back and reconstitute our mental health infrastructure in this country.
