If you look at Massachusetts, we were told that the number of ER visits were going to go down. They didn't. They went up. That's exactly where they end up. They end up in the emergency room for primary care, which is where they should not be.

I want to give the VA a shout-out and there are some--obviously, we are going over some problems today that the VA had, but all in all I think the VA probably has the opportunity to be one of the best systems in the country.
The truth is that President Obama, and following the law, deported almost 3 million people.
I want to thank the Chairman for bringing this bill forward, and hopefully we can get this thing done and out of here by Christmas.
I strongly urge the Committee and Congress to consider programmatic changes that ensure greater access to the PPP and EIDL programs.
