And today with all this technology and millions and millions and millions of dollars spent, Amazon has, by June of this year--by August of this year, I know, because a company in my district makes them, they sent out a billion articles to people and gotten, I think, probably most of it exactly right.

I want to give the VA a shout-out and there are some--obviously, we are going over some problems today that the VA had, but all in all I think the VA probably has the opportunity to be one of the best systems in the country.
As long as I am in the Congress I will never vote to see the VA do a major project again.
