It is important that we are here today to review the implementation of the Forever GI Bill.
The Federal government's process for awarding contracts is liable to inefficiency and abuse.
It is not a threat to the VA, it is a lifeline to the VA.
I believe it is our responsibility as a Committee to expand the resources available to them.
