What we have in Medicaid and Medicare is an archaic out of date system, and it needs to be completely redone.

I think the way you do that, and you have all clearly pointed out, is empower consumers, transparency, and quality.

I find that abhorrent that we have people in this country with Medicaid that get a lower standard of care than other people.
