I really find this offensive. And the reason I find it so offensive is because we've heard over the last 6 weeks or so--and our job, as the chairman said, is oversight. We have a constitutional obligation to do this.

I want to give the VA a shout-out and there are some--obviously, we are going over some problems today that the VA had, but all in all I think the VA probably has the opportunity to be one of the best systems in the country.
As long as I am in the Congress I will never vote to see the VA do a major project again.
