I found it hypocritical that when we developed the USMCA, that we had people on this committee right here insist that part of the MCA agreement that workers in Mexico had a right to a secret ballot, which I totally agree with, but we are trying to take that right away from an American citizen.
Roe criticizes the inconsistency in supporting secret ballots for foreign workers but not for Americans.
