The Consular Regulations are hereby amended as follows

Mr. Raymond F. Mulherin, for many years a post office employee and post office inspector, may be reinstated to an appropriate position in the classified service without regard to the time limit upon his eligibility for reinstatement.

Miss Virginia Ladd may be appointed to an appropriate clerical position in the classified service without regard to the provisions of the civil service rules.
