I always tell people that I have so many places still to go to in the United States that I don't know when those will be so much exhausted that I will arrive at a time when I can visit other countries.
I had hoped, as I think I have already indicated, that it would be possible for the experts conference on reparations now sitting in Paris to agree on some member other than a citizen of the United States for their Chairman.
I am having rather more trouble in getting out of the White House than I had in getting in.
