I did not imagine that it would be thought best to lay down all of the eight cruisers during the present fiscal year—which is the one that ends June 30th—but whether or not all of the eight cruisers ought to be provided for sometime during the next fiscal year after this, I would not be in a position to state at the present time.

I always tell people that I have so many places still to go to in the United States that I don't know when those will be so much exhausted that I will arrive at a time when I can visit other countries.
