I do not contemplate any trips to foreign countries after the 4th of March.
We have demonstrated that saving results from efficiency, and efficiency comes from saving.
The National Government ought to be one great entity responsible for the happiness of 120,000,000 of people.
If some method can be worked out, I should be glad to see it done.
