I am having rather more trouble in getting out of the White House than I had in getting in.
I had hoped, as I think I have already indicated, that it would be possible for the experts conference on reparations now sitting in Paris to agree on some member other than a citizen of the United States for their Chairman.
I do not contemplate any trips to foreign countries after the 4th of March.
You have been, I think, quite successful in interpreting the administration to the country.
