It is hereby ordered that the SW¼ SE¼, Sec. 15, T. 40 S., R. 7 E., W.M., Oregon, containing 40 acres, be and it is hereby temporarily withdrawn from settlement, location, sale or entry, and reserved for use by the State of Oregon as a lookout station.
