The names of disabled veterans, their wives, and the widows of honorably discharged soldiers, sailors, and marines shall be placed above all others.
Whereas Section 6 of the Radio Act of 1927 provides that all Government stations shall use such frequencies or wavelengths as shall be assigned to each or to each class by the President
So far as the Commission may deem practicable, such appointments shall be made from the registers of eligibles.
The Civil Service Commission cannot recommend the appointment as required by the interests of the service.
