Further, under the authority recited herein, I do hereby transfer from the Department of the Interior to the Department of Commerce, to be administered under the supervision of the Secretary of Commerce, the Division of Mineral Resources in the Geological Survey, the employees connected therewith, together with all appropriations for Mineral Resources under the Geological Survey, the records pertaining to said Division, the records of all public property of said Division in the District of Columbia or elsewhere as provided in the act of February 14, 1903, supra.
