Mr. Raymond F. Mulherin, for many years a post office employee and post office inspector, may be reinstated to an appropriate position in the classified service without regard to the time limit upon his eligibility for reinstatement.
So far as the Commission may deem practicable, such appointments shall be made from the registers of eligibles.
The Civil Service Commission cannot recommend the appointment as required by the interests of the service.
